One important issue regarding the provision of our special Custom Disc services pertains to "source material." Since WORLDWIDE MUSIC NETWORK is a completely legitimate music operation, we provide our services without engaging in illegal enterprise.

Please note that we do not solicit to "sell" CD-Rs of recordings that are protected by copyright, and that our site does not offer free downloads of any sort. Customers are required to provide all records, tapes, CDs, and other sources that are to be used for restoration and transfer to disc. Your source material is very carefully packaged and returned along with the completed Custom CDs.

Our clients are people who want the highest quality possible, and who also respect copyright laws and the reasons why they exist. In view of that, our simple requirements should not be a problem for anyone who chooses to use our services.
