WORLDWIDE MUSIC NETWORK is a company whose philosophy of doing business is to be honest, fair and reasonable, and to create good, long term customer relations. In view of that, we implement company policies that help maintain the integrity of our services, by seeking to eliminate potential problems both for ourselves and for our customers. Most of our policies have been in place for many years, some have had to be added, removed, changed or adjusted as needed. Because we give careful consideration to each term regarding the provision of our services, we adopt those which we feel will not only be beneficial to our interests, but in the best interests of our clients as well.

Purchase orders for sale items and Custom CD or DVD production requests must be submitted in writing or via e-mail, and must be accompanied by the customer's name, home, shipping and credit card billing address, e-mail address if possible, and a daytime or evening phone number. Payment in full is required prior to shipping of items, or commencement of custom production. Customers are fully responsible for transactions, and orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed. Custom made CDs & DVDs are non-returnable (unless defective), and fees for custom production are strictly non-refundable.

All sales are final, and no returns are accepted except for defect or damage. When possible, defective, damaged or lost items will be replaced. Applicable credits, refunds, or replacement of items will only be issued for verifiable manufacturing defects, or for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Claims must be reported to Worldwide Music Network within 48 hours of delivery, and all damage, defect or loss is subject to inspection or investigation by Worldwide Music Network, as well as the respective shipping service (U.S. Postal Service; U.P.S., FedEx, etc.). Credits or refunds for non-replaceable items will be issued for the amount at which the package is declared or insured, and only after the claims process has been fully completed.
